Two storyline finishers play out. One- if you did destroy Mellar's cousin, you then exploded the mothership and flew here. If you did not and got killed, then you were brought back to life, and were to head back to earth. You are still chasing Mellar, but he has a bomber now, and he's mighty mad. He is now trying to kill YOU. You did nothing to him. In fact, you were his loyal servant. Now you must get through, and stop him from killing you.
