the world is doomed!!! EPISODE VIII the maze you just went through was to deactive 1 of the 10 bombs. so your now in a junkyard and team up with John's sister Cassandra. John went in alone to try and find some parts to inhance your ships 1 hour ago but hasn't returned. You need to go into the junkyard, find John, look for one of the bombs, and then escape. (find crystals for parts to inhance your ship)
