One Of The Funnest Games I've Played On Sploder.

Heavy Blaze: The Inferno is a game made by nolanalexanderhunt. I'm doing this review for him partially because this is the first review he's gotten, also because of how the game was.

Heavy Blaze was a very fun game to play, even though you it was so easy you really couldn't lose. The mission is to collect all the crystals, which are hidden under stuff, and there are 1 per pathway. I like how two of the pathwas you had to wait until you weren't atomic anymore to get through, and then you had to fight to get to another atomic. Most easy games are boring, but this was action-packed with atomics and all kinds of fire things like electropedes and hot-polys used for art. The hot polys don't hurt though, because at the beginning you recieve a better shield right away. This is what nolan said for the description: "I decided its about time to take a break from making puzzle/trap shooters and make the kind of games I enjoy making: Action-packed ship-games." Well, I guess this kind of game was fun in both making AND playing.

This was just the refresher Sploder needed to bring games back to when they weren't ALL about puzzles and traps and extreme difficulty, to when games were a lot more fun. Usually I don't like un-loseable games because of how boring they are, like I said earlier, but the action and explosions in Heavy Blaze made sure it wasn't boring. Power-up placement was pretty good, atomics being the main in the game, and the added nitro and acid hazards made it even more exciting. To fully understand how I feel about this game though, you should play it yourself.
