The Ball Store: The Head of Household, eldarado, will be a Have and does not have to play. Have-Nots cannot make games or chat on the BBS Facebook site. They also get a slight penalty in competitions. Also, the Head of Household, eldarado, must nominate two Houseguests for eviction.
