Here it is: Spectrum HQ, location of your enemies and the final Power Crystal. However, most of your assault force is still held up elsewhere. You've managed to establish a few defences, but can they hold up against the enemy onslaught before back-up arrives? UPDATE: Enemies should no longer get stuck.
