The Life Crystals Chapter One

Long ago, the land of Kantos was nothing more than a barren wasteland, until Sahrah, the Life Witch, entered the realm. She used her power, the Life Crystals, to terraform the land. Water began flowing through canyons and crops began to grow. Within ten years, the land went from a wasteland to a paradise, that had a large population. However, Kantos was vast, and Sahrah had not the power to completely cover it, so the outer lands became home to monsters and criminals. Soon, their power grew stronger than the Life Witch's and they invaded the inner lands and stole the Life Crystals. Soon, the land will return to its barren state... But one boy, whose home had been burned down, friends and family killed, set out for revenge, a sword in one hand, a shield in the other.
