It sounds like your traped and their is no way out unless? I will give you a hint don't go near the explsive things and get the blue key than run but watch out for the spikes and don't stay too long near the lazers! Next go up were the bottom spikes are watch out for the lava pit it would burn than go up and watch for mor lazers and go through the door but beware of the ball tumbling over your head!
