.:|WD|:. I'm Back In Business!
So this is my First and only Review this Week :( And my 21st Review since I was accepted (My 12th for .:|WD|:.) There's a very long Story behind this Review which I will explain now:
Markark and I did a Review Exchange recently in which he gave my Game Tower Killer 2 2/5 and said he would like to Review Tower Killer 3 when it was finished, so I got it done and Markark asked for another Review Exchange. Tower Killer 3 for Death Factory, couldn't beat it. Tried F@ailure, same there! Then Forkuta, same there! And I tried Icy 2 and got far enough to Review it :)
Pre-Thoughts
As you know if you read my Long Story I've played quite alot of Markark's Games and they're good! So when I played this I was expecting something Insane and really hard. I was also expecting something really Fun and Addictive as that's what I found with most of them (Except Death Factory)
Thumbnail
Blue, Green. Very good Mixture of Colours there, really good! And there's lots of Ice around the Place to make it match the Title and add a little effect. But there seems to be no Clear Aim of what to do from that Pic. Anyway, onto Story
Story
*Nothing!* Yes, no Story at all. Infact, not even a Description :( Not even in what the Description for Levels in the Physics Creator :( Markark, I know you can do better with your Stories, or rather. Add a Story into your Games. Or is there something I'm missing?
Gameplay
It's fun and Addictive, definately! There's a bit of difficulty to it but not much. So that's a little disappointing, and to keep it on that Note it's also very Short. And as this is Short and very Simple (Yet fun) there's no Lag. Icy 2 is also very Creative Throughout. And I said Simple, by that I meant the Idea was Simple (Even though it is easy) and Markark still makes something really good with his Simple idea. Congratulations on making this Amazing Experience Gameplay wise
Scenery
I said all I need to say in Thumbnail, end of! It really does create a Cold Atmosphere and just looks Fantastic. The Sprites are also pretty cool. And it doesn't get boring after a bit of time. Good work on Scenery, Markark. It doesn't disappoint
Puzzles & Traps
No Traps at all anywhere in the Game. Nope, nothing
But with Puzzles it's a Different Story, there's nothing at all Puzzling about Level 1 but Level 2 is completely different. You have to work out a Certain order and if you go wrong you have to restart the Level or the Game (If you don't know how to Restart the Level. If you ask me I will answer to 0% of that Question) Anyway, Puzzles were alright but not great
Placement
Enemy Placement was good, well. Hazard Placement. There wasn't anything Special about it in Level 1 but in Level 2 things were better, keeping you moving most of the Time
Nothing Special about Block Placement and can't talk about Health Placement but for once I can talk about Power Up Placement. In Level 1 there are 2 Small Pentagon's which if you touch move around and hopefully hit the Spikes blocking the Person at the end. But it's not needed. I could easily jump over and do that.
In A Sentence

Ratings
Action: 5/10
Addictiveness: 9/10
Awesomeness (Gameplay): 9/10
Difficulty: 4/10
Time: 3/10
Placement: 5/10
Puzzles & Traps: 6/10
Story: 0/10
Scenery: 10/10
Lag: 10/10
Same as last Time, 7/10. It's got alot of Good Things about it but then there are a Couple of Downsides that do ruin the Game and force me to give you a Lower Rating then I wanted to (I was hoping to give an 8 or 9) The Experience is Memorable and if it just had a Story and another Level it would possibly be Feature Worthy even
