Hey, it's Shay! I'm reviewing again, so don't be afraid to check out my thread on the forums!

Anyways, now to start to review the game.

The Start

Manur (lol I almost typed manure) isn't exactly a close friend, and seeing as I haven't really played any games lately, this was a real shocker.

I've seen many, many games just use the updates like mad, so much it gets annoying. But no, this game has a one level minute and not a whole bunch of text being blared at you the whole time. Props to him!

The start was okay, the turrets should have been placed in less annoying places. It's aggravating to get attacked and not being able to do anything about it, but hey, that might be what he was aiming for.

The design looked really good, but it wasn't too intricate, and put a bit of strain on my eyes.

The Middle

I died because of an annoying bat the first time playing through, and it started dawning upon me that the enemy placement was just terrible. You could seriously just walk up to some and kill them without them able to do a thing. Then some would get cheap shots at you and you couldn't do a thing.

There were some REAAAALLLY annoying wall jumps in this, and honestly I don't understand why. Maybe to weed out noobs, but still, it was annoying. -1, dude.

The underground part was pretty cool, but was short lived. I wish it was just a bit longer, but looking at how this game might have been designed perhaps he wasn't worried about length, but creating a fun, challenging game that maximizes space and has a very nice aesthetic appearance.

There were some seriously annoying deaths too. Grabbing the yellow key was an overly complicated challenge.

The End

Well, this game was a real let down. I had high expectations but it was just too easy. One annoying jump, that's pretty much it. You don't even need the checkpoint, you can easily get back up and get the crystal. Sorry, but this game was just too short and easy.

I'm gonna give it a 4/10, since it had potential.

Manur, you really need to improve on lengths and having a set course. It looked like you could have gotten it to work, but it just didn't work. You also need better enemy placement. Oh well, that might have just been me. Good try nonetheless.
