Pre-thoughts

Alright, first of all, Cxrest I know very well and is a good friend. I am very impressed with his previous games. He makes very good puzzle games. I hope to see a lot in this game from him.

Reviews

This was a pretty good game by Cx. It wasn't his best game though. What I thought was interesting, is that if you look at the beginning/thumbnail, it is way different than his others. Usually he starts off with an unbelievable puzzle in his other games. Yeah, he didn't start off with a puzzle this time. He did start off with something pretty clever though.

So, like Empoleon does, I'll give you a summary of the game play. You start off with a clever idea. It isn't the normal, "Ahh, I'll just use my bots and get out of this joint" nitro part. He MADE you get exploded by it. You can't shoot the bots to get you out. Great Idea. So you have to start out with a low amount of health. When you start off, you are already low with health so it just keeps you dreading on. The next interesting part was with a mortar. Yeah, this was a small part to talk about, but this could make a huge difference in your game. I'm not going to go off and tell you how to destroy it without getting hurt, because that would take away the fun of watching noobs get mad. There are a few secrets to getting through a lot of the game. The most important thing about this game to get far is taking your time. You will fail right off the start if you don't take your time. I took my time the second time around and got very far through. I really liked some of the tricks Cx did. For example, there was a good spot where you could shoot through a polygon if you played it smart to clear out the whole area. Then you would get more access to other parts of the game.

Enemy Placement was the shining part of the game. There were parts where you would get extremely messed up if you didn't watch out. The magnets specifically were placed great. They could pull you into a mess bigger than what you already were in.

The downfall of the game was puzzle. There was very little puzzle throughout the game. It was a tad bit different than Cxrest's other games. In his other games, he usually loads the game with puzzle. The best type of combo in a game is puzzle and action. A lot of action, hardly any puzzle.
