In the Bible in the Old Testament there's a story of a godly man thrown in the lions den! Daniel would not bend his knee to worship Darius the king so off to the lions den he went! But Daniel remained faithful to the end. Daniel prayed three times a day to God on high. He prayed that God would always lead his life! God is faithful to his people, He will rescue them from evil. Off to the lions he was sent! But Daniel remained faithful to the end. Hungry young lions were circling their cage. They had waited long enough for dinner that day! Some roared for fresh red meat, others yearned for something sweet. There's only one conclusion to conclude... It looks like Daniel's... GONNA BE THEIR FOOD!!! Daniel prayed: "Lord you've been faithful, Lord you've been true. Help me be faithful, faithful Lord to you! You've always been right by my side. That's how I know that I... can remain faithful, faithful Lord to you... Then all at once an angel of the Lord appeared. And the lions turned around and ran away in fear! For suddenly their mouths were shut (Whack!) and they were shocked and they were stunned (Gasp!)... Cause Daniel... He was faithful to the end-- And God won the victory in that den!!! Lord, you've been faithful, Lord you've been true. Help me be faithful, faithful Lord to you. You've always been right by my side. That's how I know that I... Can remain faithful-- Faithful you've been faithful, Lord you've been true. Help me be faithful, faithful Lord to YOU! You've always been right by my side... that's how i know that I... can remain faithful... Faithful Lord to... You. To You.
