Find the 8 crystals hidden within the mother ship. 4 crystals are somewhere if you go in the green portal. There is also 2 at the bow of the ship. There is one is in the purple portal whichs leads to a place in the ship with mortars everywhere. Then get the blue key and get to the last crystal if you go in the orange portal.
