When Cubey got the first shiny, his radar told him that the second lay in the Thug Caves. To get there Cubey had to find a button that would drop him into a warp hole... He found the button and pressed it. He fell for a few minutes, until he reached the cave floor... Note: the bit at the end with the elevators is glitchy if you use the wall climbing trick youll be ok until the walls go, i think its ok then.
