Sceptile was in danger because the racers wanted to pursuit him.
The Truth, as Prudence said, Bowser is the fault who killed the other Toad, and she'd reported to Cynthia, as Cynthia said, Target Bowser!!!
But They didn't Appear.
Bowser is a Boss that is a faster than Sceptile, why Sceptile was slowed down.
