There are three things that will end your game instantly. Prioritize them over others as greater threats and take into action that you should avoid them at all costs. Their hitboxes will kill you if they touch your HEART, not just the real hitbox. There are two references in this game that takes inspiration from gameplay mechanics from other games. And this is just the first level. It's not even finished in the full game, which is going to be even harder. The amount of times you're allowed to get hit is way lower than the demo. The bullets get more complex in later levels although if you study their pattern and react accordingly you can effectively avoid them all. Don't try to do a no-damage/no-score run. You'll rip off your hair like I did.
