Circle Man is a game created by megazzz

Welcome to [WR], today I'll be Reviewing Circle Man by Megazzz even though it was not requested in the [WR] station, I thought I would Review it.

Prethoughts

Megazzz is a buddy of mine in reality, but I have to say his previous games were not at all that great, considering the most-part of the games were DEMO's. I didn't expect any sort of Wow Factor from Circle Man, especially from looking at the thumbnail.

Gameplay

You play as a Circle, obviously. You go through a hazardous Playfield, at the same time avoiding enemies. Each level was similar, but sometime the block arrangement, and design changed theme, and wasn't a very smart choice. So basically an average Physics Game, just with a flare of Megazzz's special touch of his own characteristics, and I do love his extra effort developed into Circle Man.

Traps/Enemies/Hazards

Circle Man's hazards were mostly spikes. Followed along with a few traps and hazards such as a swinging ball, spots where you thought you were safe though you weren't, ect. Anyways I liked his ideas for Circle Man's Traps/Enemies/Hazards because it wasn't the same thing repeatedly, it did change. There weren't much enemies, but when he introduced them, he did it very nicely. It was nice because it looked mysterious. Very mysterious. Megazzz set the background black, and same with the sliding enemy, in which case making it look as if there were only to angry eyes coming from the background, sliding back and forth.

Action

Circle Man had a fitting level of action assembled into it because it had some epic fast-paced gameplay, in which case made the game funner, and harder. Some levels lacked it, but some levels nailed it!

Adventure

I have added Adventure into Circle Man because I thought it was an adventuress game. You roll around as a circle, in a dangerous adventure through some tricky traps, and tricks. Some adventure into a game can never hurt, and in this added to the price.

Overall Placements

All of the placement were well put. Sometimes I didn't like were the Platform or the spikes were placed but this would go in an okay area. But then, I did seem to find some creative spots where spikes were found, and made me happy, and added more difficulty.

Scenery

Circle Man's scenery was an average games scenery. But the one thin I didn't like was the theme, scenery wise, changed a few times and left me pretty confused. Not a pretty aspect to have in your game.

Creativity

It wasn't that creative, considering the majority of the hazards were Prefabricated (Spikes) and it was a normal kind of game style, but I still did enjoy it very much, because it was fun.

Conclusion

Wow, Megazzz, Circle Man did not at all meet my expectations. It was way better than what I had expected, from the Adventure to Action, it was an overall great fun game. There were a few tweaks that could have been added though:

Thought For The Future

Circle Man lacked puzzle, my favorite item to have in a game, and needed to maybe have some Graphics for some more epic design. Remember to fix some of this stuff for your next game, therefor making it greater, and better,

Pros

There was great adventurism in Circle man followed with some action and a fist full of cool spike Placements.

Cons

There was no puzzle, which looses my liking's, and you. Megazzz, lacked scenery a bit with having no sort of theme set to it, other than playing as a circle.
