Okay, I'm going to say this so you don't give up: it is possible to get through the shed with the wheels. (spoiler alert) If you run into one of the wheels while it is on the ground, flat with all the others in a big line and run back reasonably quickly, you will temporarily pull the wheel behind you. I figured this technique out on my own, I don't know if people already know that or not... Also, the bomb shelter area (haha pun) is possible, I have beaten the game before.
