Pre-Thoughts

Now this was markark's first physics game so I wasn't too sure what to expect. Well, I think I shall click on the game now then. It's in the contest? Well, I don't know what to say about that, just...that, I suppose it could be a great game then, but there are a lot of games in the contest that aren't as good as others though. Some are quizzes, some are based on popular TV shows, and some are mini games, which is what this one is I could tell because there's only two levels. Now lets take a look at this game.

Introduction

Welcome to my twenty fifth review and my twenty first [MR]. Well, it doesn't have a storyline, and it's best to have have one of course, although I suppose from the title it will be a game with ice in. Now lets take a look at this game.

Game Play

So the two levels in this game were fun, enjoyable, lots of action, you get the message. The game suited the title, with the ice of course. I also liked different things put into this game like endless spikes coming down in level two for example. There wasn't any enemies in this game though, just spikes for hazards. I think every game should have enemies in, so that was a let down for the game. It wasn't really one of those games where you're really hard thinking about what to do next, I like to be challenged.

This game is just like any physics game, it could of been more creative with other ideas, well, I liked the ice idea, but it's just the same style as most physics games. Two levels, hmm, not too exciting, good length, map doesn't really matter, just how long it takes is what I like. I'll recommend this game now, but not if somebody asks me for a game to play.

Puzzle

Now I wouldn't say this is a puzzling game. I wasn't really focusing on hard things. I was just trying to get to the goals without hitting the spikes. Simple really. There wasn't really any puzzle, so this is the last sentence of this small paragraph.

Placements

Now it's time for the placements. The spikes were placed, average, yep, average, you've got that, right? Now the reason for this is that they're easy to avoid, they're falling from the same positions all the time in level two, and some normal spikes in level one are just placed in some pointless positions. There were far too many lives added in once you entered level two, not good enough. I like a challenge, not a game where it doesn't really matter if I hit a spike like it is here.

Action

This was great, like I mentioned in the game play paragraph. It was a game that was fun, enjoyable and had alot of action. Wait, that's probably why it's in the contest.

After-Thoughts

Overall, this game deserves a 3/5. Altogether, if it had a few more improvements, it will be a great game to play, there's just not enough thought put into it, and it seems sort of rushed the game.
