REVIEW

Story

The game is Astrone: Reborn, it takes place in space (that rhymes)and in order to win, you must explore new planets and discover asteroids and complete interstellar quests. Not bad don't you think?

You have a big healthy map to explore, which is rich in detail. So be sure to take the time to explore it. While it's rich in detail it is also rich in lag, but more on that later. I assure you that you will be consumed in the intriguing storyline and unique game play style.

Gameplay

Ill start with saying, the lag is atrocious, the true challenge of this game is getting through the relentless lag. The game has quite a few nice battle sequences, each planet has a new unique challenge to face, so it's worth exploring the whole map before you start doing the missions, trust me you wont be disappointed. The game has a really nice atmosphere, every game needs a perfect mix of storyline and map layout to get the right feel to the game required, and Ravicale nailed it with this game. The enemy placement is picture perfect, each and every enemy contributes to make a real challenge. Having optional missions is a nice touch, however a lot of them are not worth doing because the rewards are minimal, but they certainly add a big chuck of extra gameplay to the game.

Difficulty

The game overall, isn't very hard if you do the missions as soon as possible, and skip all the gameplay. However this isn't what Ravicale made this game for you to do. If really play the game through and through, it's quite a nice challenge. But you are always left eager to do the whole thing properly. So as well as being a really nice difficulty level, the game has sense of addictiveness thanks to it.
