USE STEALTH!!! On the first group use your rockets until the are all gone. Then use your gun for the rest and shoot around corners to avoid detection. At the large open area around from the South-East to the North-West carry on with this strategy until the end with the 3 turrets and the close MegaHealth. Don't destroy the enemies there or you will waste health and time.
