This is about as exact as it gets! The extra blocks are so you can get a boost while jumping.
One day, Princess Peach was captured once again, but Luigi was sick because he ate a poison mushroom. So the Sploder Guy went to save Peach while Mario dropped 10 pills in Luigi's stomach at one time to eliminate viruses, and gave Nintendo ideas for a new "Dr. Mario" game. Unfortunatley, the Goombas and Koopas were much stronger, and the Sploder Guy needed all the power-ups he could get.
