Episode title: "Attack of the OxyGas Monster"
In this episode, Smarty's long-time former friend (now rival) Chelsea has returned to Smarty's school, boasting about her wealth, intelligence and her mischievous will to cause havoc. Chelsea takes the chance to do so when asked by Professor Quack to demonstrate something in his class, thus creating a deadly chemical solution which she brings to life. This deadly out of control creature is called The Oxygas monster. Now it's up to Smarty and his friends to stop this new threat-before it's too late.

Chelsea,
Professor Quack, and
Slippy the Toad- although briefly seen in this episode, is one of Smarty's friends.
