2 years after the events of "ARTHUR AND THE SUNSET REVOLUTION", the Sunset Kingdom is not the same kingdom it once was. Modern technology and big, beautiful cities make up its entirety. And Although the Grafar Kingdom was defeated a long time ago, new threats lie ahead. As a result, Arthur assembles some of the worlds best heroes to combat these threats, namely: Jack Richards, leader of S.S.X. Yin Shishigoru, the teen also known as Stealth Ninja, Katie the Cowgirl, El Sombrero, Gunnvor, and Alicia, Arthur's daughter. Together they must battle an evil group of villains known as the Terror Tyrants who plan to cause as much destruction as possible during the Sunset Independence Day celebration.
