Honestly The Greatest Game Ever

Hello my people. Today I will be reviewing a "new" members game; Cyanrs with his game "Best GAME". There's not much to say, as he's a "new" member. So with that said, let's get into it.

First Impressions

Well, I was certainly surprised by how good it was. Plenty of wonderful scenery, excellent gameplay, the works. All it needs is a nice new background, as this one was a bit hard on the eyes.

Artwork

Oh, what a wondrous display of some of the greatest artwork I've ever seen in not just a Sploder game, but any game for that matter. It's really good, if you want artwork advice I'd recommend going to this guy.

Gameplay

The gameplay... you could definitely tell he did some strange quirks with the PPG to make them how they are. The level design is impressive to almost anymore experienced with game design, and should be to everyone else.

Another part is the puzzles. Major thought put into the puzzles, and it was a true head-twister. Very hard to do.

Difficulty

I won't lie, it was a bit easy. But that doesn't take away from the strenuous difficulty of later parts of the game. Collecting coins can really be a hassle.

Atmosphere

I loved it. The background, setting, EVERYTHING about Best GAME lives up to it's name, including the atmosphere. It's setting, background and artwork really make this game insane.

Music

The music in this game is very ambient, in fact it's so ambient you can't even hear the bleep thing! This is something never done in any game prior, and sets the boundaries for new (possibly triple-A) games in the future.

Story

This story is amazing. I won't lie, I cried harder than with any old sad movie (and by a long shot as well). A true masterpiece of the highest caliber, and I suggest putting it in a fine arts museum just for the story alone.

Best GAME is something truly to be remembered. Hopefully it will be.
