After coming back from your last mission in planes (The diamond mine) if you want to play it look in my profile), your army mates and you came out of the planes. You then went to the control station, where you controlled the robots to go in to the main base. When you finally got down the stairs, a whole army of army, guards and all, stood in front of you. Everything that you had put in the base had been moved. Your job is to put everything back and send that army packing!
