GOOD MORNING SA INYO! Well, it isn't morning where I live in, but I wanted a different greeting, if you don't know what it means there's a google translate here. Anyway, this is Mash and yet again with another review! I will review Smash It by mat7772.

Introduction

I know mat well, kind of, but he's a nice guy, and seeing his featured games, err, none of them are PPG's (I think.), so yeah, I just know his skills for the shooter and plat. So I must courageously expect the unexpected! Well that pretty much sums up my introduction, so without further ado onto the review! (Wait, did I spell that correctly?)

Review

Smash it, that name kind of rings a bell, (Ring, ring. XD) Anyway, I remember now, my old review center called, sMASHing reviews, good times, anyway, the gameplay was alright, fun, but not FUN in my opinion, you know what I mean. But I really appreciated how mat made the game, the concept was kind of original, because I think I've seen something like this before, but I just can't recall it. (You see I am quite the forgetful one.) Well nothing much to say about the gameplay or do you want it long and repetitive?Hmm..? Nah, too much typing.

Difficulty, I can say was at high to average, since I got a little near the end of the game, but not on the last level, I blame mat for not letting me finish the game. (BLAME ON YOU. XD)Addictiveness, was not too addicting just right, it's like how I like my hot chocolate, not too hot, not too cold, just right. But for a game review it isn't really the best to get a rating of just right. Anyway, I was expecting the game to be at least a little more addicting than that, I guess I was wrong.

Placements, were great, especially the block placements, did you see how mat placed the blocks and hazards to make the game harder, and also, because of those placements he created this thing we call a puzzle, or rather puzzles. Though I didn't find the placements perfect, mat still did a effortful and good job on this. (Alright, maybe effortful wasn't a word, but who the bleep cares?)

Design, was alright, not to shabby, but not that good-looking either way. So I say it's just in the middle, it was a presentable design, but I wanted a better variety or textures and colors, you know like how well he designs his plats, I like the designs for most of his platformers, they really blend together well. So mat, here's my advice for you here, when designing PPG's think of the creator as if it were a shooter creator or plat, well the only difference is it looks more complicated than it should be.

Pros:

-Magnificent puzzles

-Not too difficult

-This concept was stepped up to a whole new level.

Cons:

-I wanted the design a little more presentable.

-the game was fun, not FUN.(I think you know what I mean.)

Ratings:

Not so great in terms of design, and somehow I think I've heard or seen the concept before, but mat stepped it up to a greater level of osomness.

As I told you it was fun, but I wanted it to be FUN, like spongebob's FUN song.

As I have stated before, I didn't find the placements perfect, but it really impressed me.

I know that this concept was used, but as I have said, again, mat made it into a greater level of osomness. (Is it just me or I'm just getting too repetitive today?)

Conclusion

Imo, it's not that feature worthy, but it's good enough anyways, So mat, once you finish reading this review, I expect new and improved PPG's from now on, mmkay? If you would need some advice on the PPG maker, do NOT ask me, you must of course ask boredgame, the girl who made me learn how to use the PPG maker like a baws.
