Tank Protocol is a game created by memorycode

Third review and going strong! Tank Protocol by memorycode is the main objective, so here we go!

Overview

Memorycode is an excellent game maker when it comes to the Physics Puzzle maker. His most popular game, and maybe even sploder's is Knockout master, which had tons of views! Plus he had other popular games too that were quite repetitive, but his graphics and physics art are maybe, just maybe, the hottest out there. So, this game could be like his other ones, or it could be a twist and be totally different. Well, judging by the thumbnail, it wasn't, but you can't just judge a game before you play it, you know? Anyhow, the thumbnail looks like World War II's battlefield with some adjustments, but I could be wrong. Enough with making predictions, let us get this show on the road!

Hmm, what an interesting concept this game has. The concept we see here is trying to protect YOUR city from missiles. That concept is good, however, it is repetitive (as I said in his previous games, which this one is as well) Repetitive is not good for games because it makes people stop playing them. The good point is, Memory added an update every level and occasionally a mini boss battle and that is what kept me from not leaving, but I intented to leave at any moment and yet, it's so addicting, I can't seem to pay attention to anything else. There is a good plot to the game and that plot is; In a desperate battle to defend your home, you alone mount yourself in a tank to protect the place you call home. Outside forces will send waves of missile strikes as they progress forward. Be ready to fight, because the attacks will come nonstop. Good plot right? I think so too! It's actually makes me want to play the game, which is good.

Scenery was good and by good, I mean memorycode good. Although it was gray with cars demolished through every level except for levels 1 and 2 and I guess you can't really fix that, since it is repetitive. Sometimes it just threw me off-guard because of that, but oh well, what are you going to do, Am I right? There was no puzzle in the game, but you had to think strategy in how you were going shoot and what not. So I must say, he did good on that part, which is what I expected from him as always. I don't think there was anything for memory to improve on for this part, except make the cars in at least a different spot. ktnxbai.

Let us talk about placements now. Block placement was good, but could have been just a little bit better. Anyways, there was some things behind the tank that kept the missiles from going out of bounds, but the bad thing about it is that it was only good for one or two missiles and I really kept losing it because of so many missiles getting past me, but I guess I couldn't blame myself for that one right? I'm not sure if this is a hazard or block placement, but there was something that blocked your shots. Whatever it was, it made an excellent addition later in the game, but I almost rage quit because of that, lol. Now on to enemy placement, there was only a couple of mini boss battles that was some big tanks that rapidly shoot missiles, especially in level seven. Man, it took me forever to complete because it was so hard, but oh well, it takes time to accomplish things, right? There was no health placements, but man did I really wish he could put some in there. Oh well...

The difficulty increase each and every level because of updates and such. It was also hard, because of so many missiles coming after you, as I said before, so I guess difficulty was at its best in every level and in its greatest in level seven. You had to survive a time limit as well (Yes I checked and there was lol) except for the boss battles, there was no time limit on that one, but I would like to see it happen in the last level, but things always don't go your way, right? Right, so anyway.....

Well, all and all, it was a pretty good experience for me in trying to beat this game and trying to get my strategies to work into the game play. Memorycode did I fine job in making Tank Protocol, but I didn't find it to be very feature worthy, but this quote sure changes the mind about whether it's featured or not:

"To each their own, let those who choose to play or not decide their opinions."

-Memorycode

I kind of loved that quote and it changed my mind about gaming. Memorycode, you have outdone yourself this time! -claps-
