You've landed in your escape pod on a deserted planet which is actually the sepratists mercenary base!!! Investigate the mercenary hideout and get to the roof and take the teleporter beam up to the sepratist cruiser. The cruiser is picking up cargo by using the beam, so it should be easy to board the ship. When you get on board find the bridge and set a bomb in it. But look out for the sith lord on board.
