Before we start this review I need to tell you about my badge issues and what's happening. I do own a new main account SwollenBones, however, NO badges are going there. This account will hold all my badges I accumulate. Ok, let's get started.

Real Intro:

Wow, how long has it been since I last reviewed! As I recall my last review was for ASG and that's been re-formed a month ago! Well, what can I say it's great to be back reviewing again. So, what's this game? Pixel 2 .updated. which isn't pixelated at all. So, let's venture into the unknown (although technically it's not the unknown but...ok, let's just get started.]

"This is a sequel?"I had to question myself whether I'd seen the original Pixel at all, as a matter of fact I haven't, in fact I had no idea it even existed. Dear Lord I'm hopeless aren't I? Mangabros101? Mangabros101? Who is that? I've never heard of him, he just came out of the blue all of a sudden, made this epic game and got featured and suddenly everyone's treating him like the PPG god. A little warning tbremise, you could have a competition here! In case you don't know tbremise is very well known for his PPG's. Thumbnail time! This has to be the best thumbnail I have seen in my entire life! The details, the effects, the placement...wow. I was just speechless.

Gameplay:

As soon as I saw the main boss I guess you could call him in the thumbnail, I randomly associated this game with Drawn The Life-The Next Chapter. It was just the boss looked like the boss from that game "Wilfire." Let's not get off topic here though, we are discussing the gameplay itself! To be 100% honest, basically, this is just a simple platforming game with a super easy boss. But literally, all you do in Pixel 2 .updated. is jump over spikes and jump up walls while avoiding enemies. Bad? No, the scenery more than made up for it as did the artwork. The levels just looked creepy and give off a fantastic atmosphere and really showed what mangabros101 can do if he puts his mind to it. (Or she, but I'm assuming that's it's he due to "bros"). Sure, it was pretty boring but the game in whole just looked and was amazing. So, we need the story! It's very short today however, "A young Grass creature is threatened by a demon in the land of Pixel, and it's up to him to avenge his people." What can I say? Short but sweet. Just like the rest of the game, it gives of an creepy atmosphere. Just get into Dystopia will you! Seriously, the atmosphere was creepy, but not futuristic. Just make it look like a future vision, there you go a Dystopic game.

Scenery:

The best part of this game right here. I could just go on and on and on about the scenery but I'd give every little detail about the game away! Every little bit in the gameplay was placed and decorated amazingly! It was just utter brilliance! The moss hanging off rocks, the windows, the aliens, the walls, just everything! If these are all his graphics, mangabros101 is the new graphics guru! But that's not what made this game so superduperextraordinarilyamazing! (In other words unbelievable fantastic!) It was the story levels, it looked like one of those films with the main character staring into the atmosphere, the angle, the detail. Just amazing!

Note: There is literally no puzzles nor traps.

Gameplay: 3/5 - Rather boring but scenery makes up for it, has areas for improvement.

Scenery: 5/5 - View scenery section.

Storyline and development: 3.5/5 - Not amazing story but the atmosphere really gives a feel to it.

Difficulty: 2/5 - I found it very easy to be honest.

Feature Worthy: Honestly, I don't think so, despite the wonderful placement, it was far too easy and boring for feature standard.

Conclusion: Pixel 2 .updated. is in fact a decent game, it is good but has flaws, the decoration is wonderful. mangabros101 still has areas to improve but he has potential.
