The Universal Protection Syndicate, while not a formal nor even well recognized group, is one of many organizations attempting to unify the many galaxies and species around the single goals of kindness, peace, love, and responsibility. They wish to hurt no one. Naturally, environmentalism (even on remote planets) is a tenet of their beliefs. The UPS seeks to destroy all who damage precious ecosystems across the universe. The Federation court is on their side, and if they can present the evidence, a sure fire sanction is on the way. Non-violent and legal action exemplifies the UPS.
