Pre-thoughts:

I've played this game before but only the demo, that was good all the same. I know Oggie as an editor and even more-so as a friend. He sort of stuck this together and made it successfully so well done. But I can't just here I've actually to got to review the game now.

Review:

This is the part where I tell you that I almost said that Oggies' game was impossible. I was wrong but it only works by fluke. Anyway all the levels were a breeze but level four all-in-all was hardest. The reason being that Oggie had used a trap that took a major fluke to pass. It was scary to say the least. I still beat it though.

Through-out the game there were traps and many styles of game-making, one of them I had noticed before in Liv33vils' game. They were all a bit thrilling however avoiding the spikes in level 3 was quite fun, avoiding them in level 4 was even more fun and the rest of game doesn't really matter, however I must add that the design was great except for a few mixes of colours and outlines. There is also a bit of back-round in this game, some art and a few more nik-naks through-out the game.

And I've said too much good stuff so I'll say a little on the bad stuff. To start off with I'll have to say that the outlines of the blocks did not fit with the theme, there's a couple of levels where the outline of the blocks could easily have been removed. And to serious I couldn't find much else wrong with it.

Block Placement:

This is a major part of a game I like it when a level is made entirely out of one block, I do it all the time. But Oggie didn't and he decided to a bit of a more disappointing approach and only gave a little bit of life. In that life he kept giving the levels an original look and alot of blocks. Oh, well that isn't the most important part of block placement. The place that you actually put the blocks is and Oggie did a pretty good job on that so I can't moan much.

Health Placement:

Hahaha. None. Or atleast almost none anyway. However there was some health in the game so good job on adding it Oggie. I don't like health too much though. I know it makes the difficulty a little bit harder but it blocks you from seeing when your collecting the health.

Enemy and Hazard Placement:

At least this is worth-while. Anyway the enemy placement was superb in almost all levels, however level one could have done with one less a life or an extra puzzle/trap. I guess it's all the same though, I still would have beaten it with my epic skills. Level 4 had a bit of twist and a turn to get around those blocks, still good except the fact that it takes luck to even do level 4 on the 20th try. Level 7 was pretty good and this is where EVERYTHING is a trap. Trust no block.

Scores:

Enemies and Hazards: ____/_____

Health: ___/_____

Blocks: ____/_____

Overall: ____/_____
