Welcome to my first Brutally Honest Review

So what's going on this game is that you embark on some sort of quest to kill an evil owl. Sounds epic, right? And I'm sure seeing all those power ups in the thumbnail would suggest a long and thrilling adventure.

Well, unfortunately for anyone that's optimistic that this isn't just another waste of data, I'm sorry, I'm going to have to let you down from your high.

The game starts off as just scenery, which really was not that great. At all. Then the actual gameplay starts, in which there are a few lack-luster challenges that look like they take up a lot of space but are minimal on the intensity category and really look like not a lot of effort was employed. Some traps were used that made me start over, but they were so basic that they just annoyed me.

After that, the player proceeds on to several challenges which were nothing special, and the element of darkness was used to make action better. Well, it was attempted use. With all the power-ups and armor, the initial action scenes were too easy, and later in the game, the action was way too difficult and so basic that it was annoying. It's like "Oh my gosh, I got killed by the robot. Wow."

In conclusion, a lot of tiles were used, but there was no diversity. No spice. Yeah, I wanna jump over that rectangular section of lava, or run through that laser before it hurts me, but really, it's not something I haven't seen a thousand times already. It was all so blandly out together.

I gave credit because it was little intense in some small sectors, creativity was non-existent and so for me, neither was most of the fun. Some tips for the future might be to think outside of the box a little bit, explore more tiles for scenery, and stop crowding enemies and power-ups into cramped areas thinking people will have fun fighting the losing battle and the lag.
